This is my first post for this blog. I will start by saying that I have not had enough sleep in the last week which is a huge no-no for my training. I skipped my 5 mile run today which is not a horrible thing because my legs feel like someone's been banging on them with a hammer for the past day or so. I ran 40 miles this past weekend (in under 27 hours) which is the most I've ever run in such a short time. Tomorrow I will run 9. I finished my edits to my website so that should be live very soon. And Now I must go to bed!
Ran 9 miles today. There was a blister under my toenail that exploded this morning... it was nasty. My legs are definitely feeling tired. Tomorrow's another rest day. Have to get ready for another intense weekend of running...
